Everything that matters has been replaced or upgraded A new front leaf spring Longer spring perches were added for safety New front hairpins installed creating perfect caster Headlights with LED parking lights and turn signals A new chrome Corvette dual feel master cylinder A custom made mirrored stainless steel fire wall cover All new brake lines with proportional valve All new fuel lines with rear cutoff valve and clear fuel filter New chrome headers including baffled turnouts A new chrome alternator was added Alternator relocated using custom made bracket Six new gauges and billet housing The entire car was rewired including a fuse panel. Ignition key relocated. Cigarette lighter outlet installed - great for charging cell phones while cruising Installed a new electric ahooga horn. (a separate electric wolf whistle completes this picture) A new tilt adjustable steering column and steering wheel Custom made linkage from the steering column to the steering box was fabricated The gas tank was removed, cleaned and sealed to prevent rust formation The radiator was removed, reverse flushed, all rubber hoses were replaced New thermostat. New billet thermostat housing with a swivel connection is in place All hoses are encased in stainless steel webbing, including anodized end caps for a nicer appearance. A new Optima battery easily handles starting, etc. New battery cables The rear bed was coated with Rhino-Shield, sprayed on thick. All new Naugahyde (special fade resistant) interior and rear snap on tarp New carpets and stainless steel hold down strips. Transmission (350 Turbo with a shift kit) was removed and resealed. New custom made cable controlled shifter and console handles shifting needs, A custom made, removable transmission support cross member was fabricated including a steel safety ring surrounding the driveshaftFour brand new tires New tailgate latching "ears" were fabricated Front frame rails repainted Custom fitted oblong outside rear view mirrors was added to the windshield post.
